How your subscription works

One paid month at a time

Payment is confirmed by Carniia administration. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation take effect at the end of your current paid month. You keep your current benefits until then. Renewals need a confirmed payment; there is no automatic debit.

Clear monthly allowances

Uploads count new submissions, including listings awaiting review. Deleting a car does not restore an upload. Allowances reset with each paid monthly period and do not roll over. Each dealer consultation lasts up to 10 minutes and closes after 90 seconds idle.

Relevant promoted placement

Matching Platinum cars rotate through positions 1–5 and Gold cars through positions 6–10 in Recommended results, where enough matching cars exist. Search filters and price/popularity sorting take priority. A promotion does not guarantee views or sales.

Enquiries and cancellation

100 / 200 / 300 are monthly new-enquiry delivery limits, not a promise of customer demand. Platinum has no enquiry cap. Cancellation requests include a refund review; approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. The calculation and decision appear in your request history.
